Hi, I'm Marion. I help teams figure out what's worth building — so what they ship actually solves your problems.

What I do

User research

You're about to commit resources to solutions. I help teams understand the problems to solve and deliver what matters. From product discovery to usability testing — I run qual and quant research, with customers, employees and business clients.

Experience strategy

You need concrete directions to deliver user experiences that support your business. I clarify goals, drive alignment between stakeholders and product teams to establish what to build next.

Service Design

Your products don’t exist in isolation. I connect the dots between products, channels, teams and constraints — designing services that work for customers AND the people delivering them. I bridge silos to design effective operating models and omnichannel customer experiences.

I also help organisations scale their own research and design capabilities — from creating ops models to coaching and training.

What I bring

At home in complexity

Regulated industries, distributed teams, multi-stakeholder environments — I actually enjoy making sense of complicated ecosystems. Pharma, finance, energy, retail, public: I've navigated them all.

Work that sticks

I factor in operating models, constraints, culture and delivery realities for change to land. I build the conditions for recommendations to be actioned — and for teams to keep going after I leave.

AI with critical thinking

I worked on numerous AI products, starting in 2015 with IBM Watson at Barclays. I focus on solving problems with AI, not AI for the sake of it. I experiment enthusiastically in my practice, with rigor and domain expertise - so it’s not just confident nonsense.

Disciplined craft, pragmatic mindset

I don't do cookie-cutter approaches. I bring intentional framing, methodological care, and structured analysis — to get reliable answers that actually drive decisions.

About me

I care about making people's days a little better. That goes for users, and anyone I work with. I love when pieces of the puzzle start clicking together and bringing that energy to teams. I build relationships that make hard work feel lighter.

Personal flexes: I’m fully bilingual, most people can’t place my accent. My project Disclosed was nominated for Designs of the Year at the Design Museum. The same year as Google's self-driving car and The Ocean Cleanup. No biggie.

Disclosed helps shoppers make shopping decisions that align to their values and priorities.

I'm nerdy, witty and open. I discover new passions every few months — right now it's life drawing and propagating plants. After nearly a decade in the UK, I live in Paris with an extensive art supplies collection and a growing number of plants I manage to keep alive. Oh, and an irrational phobia of pineapples.
